A major trail upgrade. Previously, access had been difficult, making travel there dangerous for volunteer crews.  

FOSS acknowledges and supports community stakeholders, working collaboratively with them to protect and enhance the South Slopes.

FOSS has worked closely with the RDCO for many years, always looking for opportunities to complete, and protect, the vast trail system of the South Slopes. 

In pursuit of our goal of ultimate connectivity on the South Slopes, FOSS has always worked closely with the different levels of government, including the City of Kelowna.

FOSS works with the Province of BC, including BC Parks and the ministries of Forests and Environment.
