This past Saturday, we gathered at the Stewart Rd East trailhead to celebrate YOU — our incredible FOSS volunteers — and to mark a major milestone: the completion of the electrification project at our maintenance depot (aka the sea cans)!

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared stories, enjoyed a burger, and celebrated the hard work that makes our parks better for all.

This project was a massive team effort, and we want to give a huge shout-out to Alan Milnes and Milt Stevenson, who were instrumental in making it happen.

We’re also deeply grateful for the generous contributions and support from: @fortisbc @yourbcparks @transcanadatrail
+ An anonymous donor
Who all believed in this project as much as we did.
Thanks to all of you, we now have power at the depot, improving how we operate and support trail work in Myra-Bellevue Provincial Park!
