FOSS Director – Expression of Interest Form
FOSS members who wish to consider joining the Board of Directors are invited to submit the Expression of Interest form and email it to [email protected] using EXPRESSION of INTEREST in the subject heading.
A current board member will contact you to discuss your interest in being a FOSS director.
Volunteer Forms and Information
Volunteers performing trail work are required to: 1. Have a Signed Waiver Form for each person taking part in the project. 2. Complete the FOSS Tailgate Safety Record Form with the project crew prior to starting the trail work project. 3. Record the volunteer’s hours on the Volunteer Hours Record Form and provide it to FOSS at the end of the project. Several days prior to starting the project, the project leader(s) should review the Brush Cutter User Manual (if using the brush cutter) and provide a signed Brush Cutter Consent Form prior to or when obtaining the brush cutter. Project leader(s) should read the Volunteer’s Guide to Trail Maintenance booklet and review the Trail Brushing Info Sheet (links provided below).
